To be successful, we must have:

  1. Partnerships where we build strong and meaningful relationships with local, provincial and national partners, including academic institutions, healthcare organizations and research networks.
  2. Infrastructure that enables and facilitates research with effective policies, procedures, digital technology and equipment.
  3. Sustainability to invest in and expand research capabilities.
