Campus Plan for the South Niagara Site

The South Niagara hospital is planned to be the first WELL® certified hospital in Canada, focused on the health and well-being of our staff, physicians, volunteers, patients, families, caregivers and the Niagara community.

The new South Niagara hospital will be located at Biggar Road and Montrose Road in Niagara Falls.

The facility will feature Centres of Excellence in complex care, wellness in aging and stroke, and has been designed with a senior’s focus embedded into all aspects of the patient experience.

• Site area:  50 acres approximately

• Northwest corner of the site is designate as an Environmental Conservation Area

• Primary access to campus off Biggar Road

• Space reserved on-site for potential future development

• Easy access to parking and outdoor healing gardens

• Approximately 1.3 million square feet
• 12 storeys (including a mechanical floor and a mechanical penthouse) plus a basement level.
