Room mock-ups are an important part of the design development process for the South Niagara Hospital Project. Real rooms were built to scale in a warehouse, with real furniture, fixtures, finishes and equipment, allowing Niagara Health staff, physicians, patient and community partners to walk through physical spaces and confirm important design decisions that will impact the future hospital.
