The following is the process for applying as a Patient Partner with the NHEN:
I would like to become a Niagara Health volunteer
To become a Patient Partner you are required to:
- Fill the application form online
- Attend an in-person interview
Once approved, Patient Partners are required to:
- Submit a Criminal Background Check
- Submit a completed Medical Form (CDSP)
- Attend general orientation
- Attend the Niagara Health Engagement Network orientation.
I am a current Niagara Health volunteer
To become a Patient Partner you are required to:

- Attend the Niagara Health Engagement Network (NHEN) orientation.
