Executive Vice-President, Digital Transformation; Chief Information Officer
Sonali Kohli is the Executive Vice-President, Digital Transformation and Chief Information Officer at Niagara Health.
Overseeing the Digital Transformation and Analytics portfolio, Sonali has extensive experience in enhancing patient care both regionally and within hospitals. She is inspired to make a tangible difference in health care by using digital tools as an enabler. Her professional career is focused on making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives as they move through their healthcare journeys.
Sonali received her Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology, Master of Science in Molecular Biology, Virology and Inflammation and Master’s of Business Administration specializing in Health Service Management from McMaster University. She is passionate about volunteering and giving back to the health-care community. She is a Board of Director at Brain Injury Canada and is also an Adjunct Professor for the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation Program at University of Toronto.
As a leader, she has created cohesive teams based on a strong, connected and inclusive team culture. In her leisure time, Sonali enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons and their golden retriever named Cooper.
