Shane Malcolm has built a career supporting various aspects of student development and non-profit leadership. He is currently Associate Director of Career Education at Brock University. Prior to this, Shane held the role of Director of Career Success at the Onyx Initiative where he played an instrumental role in developing the Onyx Scholars Program and former Executive Director of Leadership Niagara. Beyond his career, Shane is passionate about governance and is deeply committed to community involvement and advocacy. He currently sits on the Board at Niagara Health as well as Niagara College's Board of Governors. His dedication and achievements have earned him esteemed recognition, including Niagara College's Distinguished Alumni Award, an Ontario Premier’s Award nomination and the Pride Niagara ED Eldred Community Leadership Award.
