Dr. Karen Macmillan

Dr. Karen Macmillan is the Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Niagara Health.

Since 2015, Dr. Macmillan has been an active staff physician at Niagara Health and has held the position of Interim Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology from 2019 to 2021.

Dr. Macmillan is a graduate of the Jagiellonian Medical School in Krakow, Poland and completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at McMaster University. Raised in Niagara, she is passionate about women’s health and is proud to provide care for her community.

Serving as the Post Graduate Liaison for Obstetrics and Gynecology at the McMaster University Niagara Regional Campus, Dr. Macmillan also teaches at the University as an Assistant Clinical Professor.
