Breanna Gabrielle Perez, the daughter of Registered Practical Nurse Eugene Perez, who is part of Niagara Health’s Staffing Resource Team, is the imaginative artist behind the grand prize-winning entry of the 13th annual Holiday Card Contest for Kids.
