Screening for COVID-19 symptoms continues to be an important step for stopping the spread of this highly contagious virus.
Niagara Health asks all patients and visitors to screen for COVID-19 symptoms before entering the hospital by filling out the online form at NiagaraHealth.on.ca/Form
- Patients: On the day of your scheduled appointment, let your care team know as soon as possible if you have symptoms. You may bring one support person with you, as long as they complete and pass the online COVID-19 screening form.
- Visitors: Do not enter the hospital if you have symptoms and please reschedule your visit for another time when you are symptom-free.
Niagara Health will continue to have screeners at designated entrances during visiting hours from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. For patients with appointments outside of these hours, please go directly to your clinical area once you have completed your screening and be prepared to show your online screening results when asked.
Bring a mask with you to the hospital and wear it at all times inside the building. Masks will be available for those who need them.
