Beginning immediately, and due to the increase in COVID-19 activity, we are pausing temporary leaves of absence for inpatients until the end of April.
We appreciate that patients who are medically able might benefit from time outside of the hospital. Temporary leaves of absence are approved in advance by the clinical team for extenuating circumstances, such as urgent personal situations.
There are no changes to our visitor guidelines, and we are welcoming two visitors at the bedside at a time for inpatient units. Patients may also designate up to two Essential Care Partners.
