After tomorrow, July 16, 2021, the Niagara Health COVID-19 Assessment Centres in Niagara Falls and Welland are closing due to reduced demand for testing.
We will continue to serve patients who are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or who have been directed to get tested at our St. Catharines Assessment Centre located at our St. Catharines Site. Community pharmacies, primary care and other test centres will also remain open for the community.
Thank you to our teams at these locations for providing COVID-19 tests through the peak of the pandemic. From when our assessment centres opened until June 29, 2021, we processed 255,717 COVID tests on 143,981 individuals.
