UPDATE December 6, 2020
We received confirmation today of a staff member working on the Stanford Unit who has tested positive for COVID-19. Currently, this is the only active case of COVID-19 at Millennium Trail Manor.
All of the residents are well at this time with no symptoms. We remain vigilant with our infection prevention and control efforts and have taken the added step of heightening these measures on the Stanford Unit.
As part of these precautionary measures, we have swabbed all residents on the Stanford Unit and are in contact with Niagara Region Public Health.
