Michael Kisur wanted to find a way to express his appreciation for our team and all healthcare providers working during the pandemic.
So the Emmy Award-winning singer/songwriter did what came naturally to him – he wrote and produced a song as a tribute to healthcare providers.
Niagara Health has a special place in Michael’s heart – he receives care through our Mental Health outpatient program. Writing the song, These Are Heroes, was an honour, says Michael.
“I appreciate and I’m in awe of these people who are out there on the front lines,” he says. “What they do, it takes a level of courage, a level of strength that is just heroic. These are heroes.”
