The fourth video in the One Team. One Purpose series showcases some of the many accomplishments we've made when it comes to being leaders in healthcare.
A few notable accomplishments include:
- Creating Ontario's first digital health ecosystem – the Niagara Health Navigator. The Navigator will connect patients to their health data and care providers, both in and outside the hospital, in ways that are not currently possible. - Becoming a national leader in quality and safety, with 17 Leading Practices recognized by the Health Standards Organization. Learn more about our Leading Practices here.
- Being the first Ontario hospital to introduce video technology that allows our emergency teams to partner with McMaster Children's Hospital to get immediate help for our youngest patients. Read Lucas' story here.
