Both have unique features, empowering you to access your health records digitally in order to make informed decisions about your care.
ConnectMyHealth is a digital health solution that provides access to a wide range of health records and diagnostic imaging results for patients of participating Southwestern Ontario (Ontario Health West Region) hospitals. It is free of cost and is available for use on your desktop and mobile. Additional features include a customizable patient dashboard, schedule of upcoming healthcare appointments and alert notifications for newly uploaded imaging.
Patients can easily view and download their imaging with the option of sharing their records with healthcare providers. Niagara Health recommends that patients share their diagnostic imaging records through the Diagnostic Imaging department. This service is free and ensures healthcare providers receive a high quality copy and maintain patient care continuity.
PocketHealth is a digital platform that provides patients with access to clear, high-resolution diagnostic imaging records. It allows clinics and hospitals to instantly share medical records with patients and healthcare providers. The secure portal offers free and paid subscription options with varying levels of data access and personalized insights.
