Fiona Peacefull is the Executive Vice-President, Human Resources at Niagara Health.
An authentic and seasoned human resources leader, Fiona brings more than 30 years of experience across impactful and strategic leadership roles, primarily in the areas of human resources, public health, and organizational performance. Her experience has built competencies across all areas of human resources, and influenced organizational strategy to value the employee and customer experience.
Fiona is proud to lead an impactful team of professionals who support human resources, occupational health and safety, central scheduling, and volunteer resources. People are at the heart of everything we do at Niagara Health, and this team strives to put people first. She was deeply drawn to work in a hospital environment where she can make a difference and contribute to a culture where staff, physicians, volunteers and learners can do their best work for our patients and for one another.
Strategy and results-oriented, Fiona thrives in an innovative, people-centered environment where she can apply her strong leadership and relationship-building skills. She completed her graduate studies in Organizational Leadership and has received a designation as a Certified Human Resources Leader.
Fiona moved to the Niagara Region as a child and is proud to serve her community as a member of Team Niagara Health. She lives in Niagara Falls with her husband and daughter. An active community volunteer, she is grateful for the opportunity to support the United Way, Niagara College and Birchway Niagara.
