Niagara Health System (NHS) is welcoming members of the public to participate in finalizing the hospital’s new Patient Declaration of Values.
Interested individuals will be asked to spend approximately two hours participating on a Steering Committee on Wednesday, May 18th from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. to review stakeholder feedback received on the hospital’s Patient Declaration of Values which was originally created in 2006 as the Patient Bill of Rights and Responsibilities.
The Steering Committee members will include community representatives, hospital staff, doctors and volunteers.
