Urgent Care Information Sessions in Fort Erie

Posted Sep 23rd, 2009

This month, the Niagara Health System is converting the ER Department to an Urgent Care Centre at Fort Erie’s Douglas Memorial Site. The changeover is targeted to occur Sept. 28 and the Urgent Care Centre will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Naturally, there are many questions about the transition from Emergency to Urgent Care and several Information Sessions have been arranged. Hear from clinical leaders on the difference between Emergency and Urgent Care, the hospital-based services available, what changes mean for residents and more. There will be a question and answer period and hand-outs will be available. Free admission and parking at all sessions.
